Terms of Service

These terms govern your purchase and use of the Sentinel Anti-Cheat plugin ("Sentinel", "the plugin") from sentinel-anticheat.info. By buying or installing Sentinel, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't buy or install the plugin.

What you're buying

A monthly subscription license to run the Sentinel plugin. Pro covers one server; Ultimate covers up to ten. The license key is delivered by email right after payment and is bound to the server(s) it's activated on. Updates are included for as long as your subscription is active.

Payment

All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. No card details ever reach this website. Prices are shown in the currency on the checkout page and include all applicable processing fees.

License scope

Cancellation

Cancel any time, no phone call or email required: open the "Manage subscription" link in your license email, or ask support and we'll send you a fresh one. This opens Stripe's secure billing portal, where you can cancel or update your payment method yourself.

Cancelling stops future billing. You keep your license and full access for the rest of the period you already paid for; it will not renew after that.

Refunds

First purchase: if Sentinel doesn't work on your server and can't be made to work after a good-faith support attempt, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full.

Renewals: monthly renewal charges are not refunded. Cancelling stops the next charge — see Cancellation above — but a charge that has already gone through for a period you had active access to is final.

Refunds are not offered for reasons unrelated to the plugin (server shutdown, change of plans, etc.), or for a first purchase more than 14 days old. Refunds are handled by the same processor (Stripe) that took the payment.

What Sentinel isn't

Sentinel is a detection and moderation tool. It significantly reduces cheating on your server, but no anti-cheat catches every possible cheat, and there's a residual risk of false positives (which the confidence-scoring system is designed to minimize). You're responsible for reviewing bans and appeals on your server.

Sentinel does not guarantee your server against hacks, exploits, or bugs outside its detection scope. It does not modify the vanilla game.

Liability

The plugin is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law, we're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Sentinel. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the license.

Support

Support is offered by email at sentinel.support.help@gmail.com. Pro licenses receive priority replies. Support does not extend to configuring third-party plugins or server infrastructure.

Termination

If you violate these terms (chiefly: sharing your license or the plugin jar), your license may be revoked without refund. You'll receive one written warning first unless the violation is clearly deliberate.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Sentinel after a change means you accept the new terms.
